ARC Welding

Arc welding is a fusion welding process that uses an electric arc to generate heat, melting and joining metals. The arc is created between an electrode and the workpiece, or between two electrodes, causing the metals to fuse together upon cooling. This method is popular in various industries due to its high speed, versatility, and cost-effectiveness.

Tig Welding

TIG welding, also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), is a precision welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to create an arc and melt the base metal. An inert gas, typically argon, shields the weld from atmospheric contamination. This process is known for its high-quality welds, versatility, and control over heat input.

Mig Welding

MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, also known as GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), is a welding process that uses an electric arc to join metals. It’s an automatic or semi-automatic process, meaning the welding gun can be manually controlled, or it can be fully automated. A continuous wire electrode is fed into the welding arc, and a shielding gas protects the weld from contamination.

Laser Cutting Welding

Laser cutting and laser welding are distinct yet related processes in material processing, both utilizing high-energy laser beams for precise and efficient work. Laser cutting uses a focused laser beam to melt and vaporize material, while laser welding uses a focused laser beam to heat and melt materials to create a fused joint.
